3. If your dog’s length falls between two sizes, just like buying shoes, go with the bigger size—it’ll give your dog extra room to get comfy!

All non-personalized items are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. For more remote areas, delivery may take up to 6 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates from the shipping carrier to keep you informed.

To qualify for a return, items must have the vacuum seal unopened. They must also be unused and returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging with the packaging undamaged.
